Breakfast Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is The Watering Hole Café at Barnham Trading Post.
2. The giveaway opens on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 16 August 2026.
3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. To enter, participants must follow the café’s Instagram page and leave one comment on the original giveaway post tagging the friend they would bring.
5. The tagged friend must also follow the café’s Instagram page before entries close.
6. One entry per Instagram account. Multiple comments do not count as additional entries.
7. Late, incomplete, automated or invalid entries will not be included.
8. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 17 August 2026 using a verifiably random computer process.
9. The prize is two large breakfasts and two standard drinks to be enjoyed together at The Watering Hole Café.
10. Extras, upgrades and additional items are excluded.
11. The prize must be redeemed by 30 September 2026 and is subject to café opening hours.
12. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
13. The winner will be contacted via the café’s official Instagram account and must respond within 48 hours. If they do not respond, another eligible winner may be drawn.
14. The promoter reserves the right to remove fraudulent or abusive entries.
